Vahid Sendijarevic attended annual meeting of Program Advisory Committee of MPOB held on April 11-15, 2016 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He was elected as a member of this committee by MPOB in 2008.

US Patent #9,273,180 – March 1, 2016
Vahid Sendijarevic is one of authors of the patent on “Polyols from biomass and polymeric products produced therefrom” that was granted by the USPTO on March 1, 2016. Novel types of polyols for polyurethanes were developed from amino acids derived via hydrolysis of soymeal proteins.
